Our Cycle Fitness team is comprised of the most talented, multi-faceted, go-getter individuals. We are all different in our own ways, but the commonality we all live by is a life of positivity and passion.

I love Chestnut Hill, dogs, a good bottle of wine and being outside. Ironic that I bike inside, right? I love a good sweat where you're able to leave everything else outside of the studio and just push yourself. Teaching classes is my passion and making others feel GOOD is my life work.

SPIN AND SPIN BOOTCAMP
Liz is all about having FUN and providing you with incredibly effective classes that you can count on sweating in EACH and every time. She is known for her contagious laugh (she brings the best humor to her classes), her themed playlists (EVERY Wednesday night) and the best Spin Bootcamp class ever.
If it's not a hell yes, it's a no
Sharne is a little BALL of energy. She gets on the bike, and you won't know what hit the room! Her music is AMAZING and has so much variety. Sharne's classes are so motivating and high-energy. She just does not let you quit.

SPIN, SPIN + FULL BODY
Marisa is just wonderful; from her presence around the studio to her kick-ass performance on the bike. She genuinely takes interest and care for her clients and it shows. Her classes are INTENSE interval training, with a mix-up of all kinds of music from classic rock to new, upbeat pop hits. Marisa is great at giving you an intense mat workout in her Spin + Full Body classes with her ever-changing and challenging work outs.

SPIN, SPIN + SCULPT
We approached Heather to join our team when we saw her amazing workout videos she was posting online after she had her daughter, Lily. She was posting videos to inspire other new moms, and we loved her energy. Her classes are 100% effective at getting you OUT of your comfort zone, sweating and pushing yourself. High-intensity intervals are Heather's style. Her music is UP beat and a good mixture of genres. It doesn't hurt that she is incredibly sweet and caring when it comes to her classes and clients. We like to call her HP!

SPIN CLASS (6AM EVERY MONDAY + FRIDAY!)
Leigh is straight to the point: let's get on the bike, let's sweat it out, and you're done! Her classes are very endurance-based. During her rides you will be moving the entire time (no breaks!) with special attention to staying ON beat. These workouts sneak up on you! Not one minute of the 45 with Leigh is wasted. Her music is very beat-based and high energy. If you're an early riser you will love Leigh's 6AM ride for a pre-work sweat to start your day.
Go hard or go home
Megan is our rhythmic-rider. Her classes are addictively challenging in the most sneaky way possible. What we mean by that is you will feel the rhythm and movement, and your concentration on the moment and the beat of the music will cause you to forget you're working out! With push-ups to tone your arms, tap backs and out-of-the-saddle riding you will feel this class ALL over the next day.

Starla is a registered Physical Therapist for her full-time career, and she loves teaching spin classes and barre + sculpt classes here at CHCF on her free time. Her knowledge of the human body and movement has given her a thorough, safe and KILLER technique in her Barre + Sculpt classes. They're fun, beat-based and incredibly challenging. Her spin classes are thoroughly planned, high-energy and sweat-inducing. We have only the best things to say about Starla's classes. Get into one and see what it's all about!
BARRE + SCULPT CLASS
Alyssa is our Barre GURU. We love her class. It's unlike any other, and is truly next-level due to instructing Barre, Yoga and Pilates being her FULL time career; goals, right? She has been teaching for 4+ years full time now and it shows. Alyssa never misses a beat, she pushes you to perform your best in each and every class from completing ONE more push-up, pulsing ONE more time or holding onto that plank until time is up! Her classes have been proven to help you achieve the toned, strong and lean body you want while feeling good doing it.
