Meet Abigail. From check-ins at the front desk to the creative content behind our social media and event planning, Abigail is our glue! She holds us together. Currently working on her Barre training, Abigail has been passionate about moving your body her whole life. Previously a field hockey player at Gwynedd Mercy, Abigail has played sports at competitive levels her entire life and she is so committed to empowering others through training your mind and body. Say Hi to Abigail the next time you're at the studio!

I love Chestnut Hill, dogs, a good bottle of wine and being outside. Ironic that I bike inside, right? I love a good sweat where you're able to leave everything else outside of the studio and just push yourself. Teaching classes is my passion and making others feel GOOD is my life work.

Liz is all about having FUN and providing you with incredibly effective classes that you can count on sweating in EACH and every time. She is known for her contagious laugh (she brings the best humor to her classes), her themed playlists (EVERY Wednesday night) and the best Spin Bootcamp class ever.

Sharne is a little BALL of energy. She gets on the bike, and you won't know what hit the room! Her music is AMAZING and has so much variety. Sharne's classes are so motivating and high-energy. She just does not let you quit.

MARISA

SPIN, SPIN + FULL BODY 

ABOUT MARISA:

Marisa is just wonderful; from her presence around the studio to her kick-ass performance on the bike. She genuinely takes interest and care for her clients and it shows. Her classes are INTENSE interval training, with a mix-up of all kinds of music from classic rock to new, upbeat pop hits. Marisa is great at giving you an intense mat workout in her Spin + Full Body classes with her ever-changing and challenging work outs. 

Throw kindness around like confetti!

HEATHER

ABOUT HEATHER:

We approached Heather to join our team when we saw her amazing workout videos she was posting online after she had her daughter, Lily. She was posting videos to inspire other new moms, and we loved her energy. Her classes are 100% effective at getting you OUT of your comfort zone, sweating and pushing yourself. High-intensity intervals are Heather's style. Her music is UP beat and a good mixture of genres. It doesn't hurt that she is incredibly sweet and caring when it comes to her classes and clients. We like to call her HP!

LEIGH

CLASSES TAUGHT

SPIN CLASS (6AM EVERY MONDAY + FRIDAY!)

ABOUT LEIGH:

Leigh is straight to the point: let's get on the bike, let's sweat it out, and you're done! Her classes are very endurance-based. During her rides you will be moving the entire time (no breaks!) with special attention to staying ON beat. These workouts sneak up on you! Not one minute of the 45 with Leigh is wasted. Her music is very beat-based and high energy. If you're an early riser you will love Leigh's 6AM ride for a pre-work sweat to start your day.

JULIET

ABOUT JULIET:

Juliet's class is killer. All riding, no frills, but LOTS of exertion and sweat. The best part? She's smiling and encouraging you the entire time. Juliet is passionate about getting a great workout, about sweating, living a balanced but healthy life, and feeling good. When she's not riding with us she's spending time with her pup, Charlee, or her fiance and her adorable step-daughter-to-be, Aubrey!

LEAH

BARRE SCULPT

ABOUT LEAH:

Leah is a firm believer in the benefits of barre for the body and mind. "It is kind to my body while still toning me and getting my cardio in", Leah says, and it leaves her energized and not depleted. Getting back into shape after having her two kids was made easier with barre and felt right for her. Because of her love of the toning exercise, she was inspired to teach. Her class is up-beat and on-beat. It's non-stop and it's FUN! Check her out on the schedule!

ABOUT DEB

Deb is our Spin Guru. She has taught thousands of classes in many different styles, and NOW her commitment is in assuring that each athlete in the room honors their body, pushes their self, and gets to know their limit. With focus on breath, pedal-stroke precision and a mindful mentality, you will break your own barriers in Deb's class, without realizing you're drenched in sweat.

KAREN

ABOUT KAREN

Karen is such a kind, caring soul but a total badass on the bike! She loves spin because it feels like dancing on a bike, the adrenaline from the music and the movement makes her genuinely happy and she wants to share that with others. Her music is a fun selection from all decades (you MIGHT sing!) and her class is over before you know it. She's a great and enthusiastic, motivating coach. Make sure to sweat with her!
